DraftPix

Terms of Use

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses DraftPix at draftpix.in: organisers, auctioneers, team managers and spectators. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. DraftPix belongs to us

DraftPix is our work: the software, the auction engine and its rules, the screens and the way they work, the stage styles, player cards, sold cards and squad banners, the animations and sounds, the name DraftPix, the logo and the tagline Draft · Build · Compete. All of it is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property law, and all rights are reserved.

We let you use DraftPix to run and follow auctions. That is a permission to use it, not a transfer of any of it to you.

2. What you may not do

  • Copy, reproduce or imitate DraftPix, its designs or any part of how it works, in whole or in part.
  • Build, or help build, a competing product from DraftPix, its screens or its designs.
  • Take apart, decompile or try to extract the code, the database or the way the auction engine works.
  • Try to get into accounts, data or parts of the service that are not yours, test its security without our written permission, or get round any limit or protection.
  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect data or place bids.
  • Sell, rent or resell access to DraftPix, or show it inside another website or app, without our written permission.
  • Remove or hide the DraftPix name, logo, watermark or copyright notices.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Screens for organisers carry your DraftPix ID as a faint watermark, so copies can be traced.

4. Your content

Player lists, photos, team names, logos and sponsor artwork you add stay yours. You let us store and show them to run your auctions and to make the cards and banners you share. You must have the right to use everything you upload, including each player's permission to use their photo.

The record we keep. DraftPix keeps its own private record of tournaments, team names, player names, roles and auction results (who was sold to which team, for how much, and who went unsold), and of organisers' names. We keep this record even after a tournament or an organiser is deleted. We use it to understand how DraftPix is used and to write about auctions in DraftPix news, posts and newsletters (for example, the biggest buys of the month). It is never sold or handed to anyone else. When you add players and teams, make sure they are happy for their names to be used this way.

Emails. We only send DraftPix news by email to people who switch it on in their profile, and you can switch it off at any time. Emails about your account (such as sign-in codes) are always sent.

5. Sharing

The stage screen, the spectator page, sold cards, squad banners and results are made to be shown and shared, with DraftPix branding left in place. Sharing them does not give anyone the right to copy DraftPix itself.

6. Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or misuses the service.

7. The service as it is

We work hard to keep DraftPix running and accurate, but it is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as a venue's internet connection. As far as the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the last twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use DraftPix means you accept the update.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
